Cathedral Road is one of Cardiff's most accessible thoroughfares, well-served by public transport and with nearby parking options.
By Train: Cardiff Central station is a 15-minute walk. Follow Westgate Street to Cathedral Road.
By Bus: Multiple routes stop along Cathedral Road, including the 24, 25, and 62 services.
By Car: Pay-and-display parking is available on adjacent streets. The nearest car park is at Sophia Gardens, a 5-minute walk.
For quick enquiries or to pick up brochures, you can drop by during office hours without an appointment. However, if you would like a detailed consultation about a specific trip, we recommend contacting us first so we can ensure the right consultant is available.
Standard packages are quoted within 24 hours. Custom itineraries may take 48-72 hours depending on complexity. For urgent requests, please mention this in your enquiry.
We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and all major credit cards. We do not currently accept cash payments for bookings.
Evening appointments can be arranged for clients who work standard office hours. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Please note that our office is closed on UK bank holidays. For travel emergencies outside office hours, existing clients can use our 24/7 emergency support line, details of which are provided in your booking confirmation.
